M / 01Mission document
THE FUTURE OF TREE OPERATIONS IS CONTROLLED.
Sentinel exists to build a better operating model for arbor, vegetation, land, and storm work.
M / 02The problem
Too much tree and vegetation work begins after risk becomes urgent.
Scopes are fragmented. Information is incomplete. Equipment, crews, debris flow, traffic, utilities, and documentation are often coordinated too late.
The result is not merely inefficiency. It is unnecessary exposure for workers, customers, infrastructure, schedules, and communities.
M / 03What we believe
The standard is not how the team performs when everything goes right. The standard is how the system responds when conditions change.
M / 04The Sentinel model
One operating picture from hazard to handoff.
Sentinel begins with the end state and works backward: what must remain safe, open, protected, documented, and operational?
From there, the company aligns people, specialized capacity, access, production sequence, work-zone controls, communication, material flow, partner responsibility, and closeout.
The objective is simple: make difficult field work more predictable without pretending it is risk-free.
M / 05The build path
Build the operating system before scaling the footprint.
This roadmap describes Sentinel's direction. Future-state capabilities are goals under development, not claims of current deployment.

Mechanized regional capacity

Data-backed vegetation management
Connect assessment, prioritization, field production, imagery, records, and repeatable customer decisions.FUTURE
A scalable response network
Create a disciplined regional platform capable of supporting infrastructure and communities before and after major events.M / 06Operating doctrine
Safety before profit.
No deadline or margin justifies an unsafe shortcut.
Plan before production.
Define the mission, hazards, controls, and resources first.
Accountability stays visible.
Named responsibility from first contact through closeout.
Technology must earn its place.
Use it when it improves judgment, safety, speed, or proof.
THIS IS THE COMPANY WE ARE BUILDING.
